What happened was The Solution slowly dried out over time, as do extracts, and was no longer viscous enough to operate the pen. When they come back, they pens don’t work and they wanted a refund. We have seen a client make 500 pens, send them out to a customer and then their customer leaves the whole batch out on a shelf for two months in the heat. When we need more, we open a new pack and they are ready to go.
For example, when we make a thousand pens, we vacuum seal them in groups of 100 and place them in a fridge. It is important that you factor in a shelf life for your product when shipping, selling or storing your pens. This also is relevant to The Solution once placed in your pens. This can be halted by placing your products in a fridge or freezer as discussed above. One you have mixed The Solution with your extract, over time, maybe a month or two, the Terpenes will slowly evaporate out of your mixture. I was truly upset with his response on another Thread in this sub stating the “medicinal value of vaping Vitamin E” to be beneficial. I watched all his videos on YouTube before certain ones started disappearing, there’s a member on here who downloaded all of them & archived it somewhere. To be honest I don't recommend the use of cutting agents myself personally.ĭrew has yet to send contact anybody who he has sold this product to. Now he is walking back and saying he doesn’t recommend using any cutting agent while he had videos marketing this on his YouTube. Drew Jones of refuses to issue a product recall.ĭrew admitted in a post on his website that it contains vitamin E acetate. Please consider this post a product recall.
