In her free time, Tonya looks forward to outdoor activities with the family: boating, fishing, snow skiing, and the occasional round of golf.
While there, she led the company through an acquisition by a publicly-traded corporation and managed the integration post-acquisition. In addition, she helped lead the organization through two private equity acquisitions with Thompson Street Capital Partners and TA Associates.īefore her time at insightsoftware, Tonya was President of DB Basics, Inc., an Oracle and Microsoft technology training and consulting organization. She also led the company to unprecedented growth by establishing end-to-end sales execution, launching and managing joint development initiatives between technology companies, and establishing ecosystem partnerships. Prior to PKWARE, Tonya led and executed worldwide sales team growth objectives through direct and indirect sales channels for insightsoftware (formerly Global Software, Inc.).
